Covid 19 Pandemic/State of Emergency
Any dates affected by State or Federal COVID-19 restrictions or other State of Emergency declarations can be reasonably rescheduled to an available future date without charge. We will gladly also accommodate lower guest counts, restrictions permitting, and already provide masks and hand sanitizer at every event in addition to mandatory PPE to employees.
All guests are expected to comply with WA State and Federal Mandates and are solely responsible for any damages or casualties because of non-compliance. Being on-site is an acknowledgement of your willingness to accept the personal risk of exposure to illness or fines for willful or unknown non-compliance.
Mont Lamm Events is solely responsible to provide PPE, Sanitizer, mandated spacing, food service shields, and for the behavior of its employees and owners.
Payments & Deposits
All initial deposits to reserve your event date are non-refundable and DO NOT apply to the damage deposit due on the date of your rehearsal. Any additional payments for your event are refundable based on our cancellation policy also detailed in your contract. Finally, any payments made toward catering services less than three months prior to your event are also non-refundable.
Please DO NOT make a deposit on a date without confirming it is available TODAY!
The total price of each package includes a non-refundable Deposit to secure your date that will be applied to the balance. For Weddings & Receptions, the deposit is $500, for other events the deposit is $250. The balance is to be paid at 90 days, 60 days, and paid in full 30 days before your event.
A $300.00 fully refundable additional damage deposit will be collected at your rehearsal date or one week in advance of your date and held for 7 days if no damage is found on the property.
